Green Mountain Apps

Terms of use

Short, readable, and not a substitute for your own lawyer. Last updated September 2026.

The agreement

Using an app listed on this site means accepting these terms. They are between you and Sean Behan, trading as Green Mountain Apps, in Vermont, USA.

Your account and your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the apps. You grant only the permission needed to store it, back it up and show it back to you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Fair use

Do not use the apps to break the law, attack the service, or host content that harms other people. Accounts doing that get closed.

Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set by each app and published on that app’s own site; those terms govern your plan. The billing page covers what is common to all of them.

Availability

These are small apps from a small shop. They aim to be up all the time and usually are, but no uptime figure is promised, and occasional maintenance happens.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time, on the terms published by the app you subscribed to. An account can be closed from this side for the fair-use reasons above, or if an app is retired — in which case you get notice and an export of your data.

The legal necessities

The apps are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
